Pork Fries

Yes, it’s all happening! Beer braised pork, meets waffle cut fries, meets cheese sauce, meets hot sauce.

Pork fries, you’re welcome.

This is totally a knockoff recipe from a restaurant we use to frequent in San Francisco called Rickybobby. Yes it was actually called Rickybobby and this just had to be on the menu for The Daytona 500. Along with Spicy Whiskey Sliders. Because NASCAR and ‘merica.

Pork Fries

This recipe contains layers of flavor but so easy to put together for a crowd and you’ll watch it all disappear before your eyes. I know this seems super decadent and you’d be right. It is, but once a year we can get down on some decadence.

I braise the pork ahead of time in the crock pot and use Alexia Waffle Cut Fries. They’re already seasoned and easy to bake in the oven then assemble the fries. Think of these like nachos but better.
