Teriyaki Meatball Noodles was adapted from having an overabundance of leftovers and I’m not complaining. This dish is just too good not to share.
Seriously, I couldn’t resist posting this crazy good Teriyaki Meatball Noodles recipe with everyone. We had a party over the weekend and my Teriyaki Party Meatballs were the star. With every party I throw though I make way too much food leaving us with leftovers for days.
These meatballs were just begging to be tossed in some noodles for a easy weeknight meal. The noodles I use are Lotus Foods Brown Rice Ramen and I am totally in love with them. You can find it at Costco in a big pack. Speaking of Costco, I cheated and got the meatballs in the freezer section. When cooking for a crowd I try to cook semi-homemade for my sanity. I’ve prepped 200 meatballs before and it’s not pretty.
So when looking for meatballs to cook with I highly recommend just the Costco Kirkland brand of Italian Meatballs or Johnsonville Meatballs.

If you’d like to use the Teriyaki Meatball Recipe and turn it into a big batch party meatballs. I suggest taking the recipe, doubling it, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the sauce, put everything in the crock-pot set to 4 hours on low to serve a crowd. And if you have leftovers just do what I did and put that goodness on top of noodles.
