These puff pastry wrapped asparagus are yet another Easter day recipe that will be a big hit and look beautiful on your dinner table. It’s so tasty and fun to make. Make this for any dinner party and you’ll never make another side again. They’ll be a huge hit.
Puff pastry is so versatile and easy to use. The crispy, savory crust should be wrapped in every vegetable! And trust me, I’ve tried. But this is my favorite recipe so far!
You can prep this ahead of time and store in the fridge. Puff pastry must remain cold or else it gets a little mushy and unmanageable to handle.
I served this with a quick Lemon Chive Aioli on the side. Mix together 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and 2 tablespoons chopped chives.

Puff Pastry Wrapped Asparagus
The key to handling frozen puff pastry is to unthaw it as you need it. Allow the puff pastry to come to room temperature {not warm} before handling it. Sometimes puff pastry can be too mushy if it's too warm. I served this with a quick Lemon Chive Aioli on the side. Mix together 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and 2 tablespoons chopped chives.
