Cajun Shrimp Kabobs

Cajun Shrimp Kabobs

Cajun Shrimp Kabobs is the easy grilling recipe you need at your next backyard bbq gathering. It’s flavorful and delicious with a hint of cajun spice. Which I love because it’s the kind of heat that has big flavor without being overbearing.

Think of this dish like jambalaya on a stick. I use the same cajun spice blend that I use in my jambalaya. It’s super easy to put together and save in an airtight container to use whenever your heart desires. It’s a great basic spice recipe to have on hand at all times.

Cajun Seasoning Recipe:

3 tablespoons Sweet Paprika

1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper

2 tablespoons Kosher Salt

2 tablespoons Garlic Powder

1 tablespoon Onion Powder

1 tablespoon Dried Oregano

1 tablespoon Dried Basil

1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Serve these skewers on top of a mixed green salad for the perfect Summer dinner.

Wine Pairing Recommendation: I always say cajun spice needs a little Rosé pick me up. A tip from me to you, buy it French.
