These Cajun Pork Chops are low-carb, diet friendly and delicious. What more do you want?
Serve these pork chops with crock-pot lentils and fresh lemon green beans. This is a perfect weekday supper that is easy to prepare and a meal that everyone will love. These are simple boneless pork chops but this rub would be equally as delicious on a pork tenderloin or a rack of spare ribs.
You may also pan sear these, bake in the oven or grill. However, you make them they’re sure to satisfy. I also love this seasoning on fish like cod or halibut.
The cajun seasoning can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container. Use for your favorite cajun recipes like Cajun Creole Jambalaya or Easy Shrimp Jambalaya.
