4 whole Pork Chops, bone in or boneless
2 tablespoons olive oil
For Cajun Seasoning
Mix all ingredients together. Use throughout the recipe when called for. Store the rest in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
For Pork Chops
On a sheet pan, sprinkle Cajun seasoning to coat pork chops on both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in your fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
Remove pork chops from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature while grill is preheating.
Drizzle pork chops with olive oil and place on the preheated grill. Depending on thickness and if it's bone in, cook pork 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Remove and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
