Easy Grilled Salmon Tacos

Easy Grilled Salmon Tacos is your let’s get dinner on the table in under 20 minutes meal. It’s the easiest and tastiest Taco Tuesday yet!

I make this Mexican spice seasoning in bulk and store it in a mason jar. I use it on everything from fish to steak to pork. The spice mix consists of the main flavors that all Mexican cooking should have; cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and kosher salt. That’s it, combine it all together and you have your own fajita, taco, or tostada recipe on lock.

The thing I love most about these tacos are the toppings. White fish sauce, slaw, fresh jalapenos, cotija cheese and a squeeze of lime. That’s all these salmon tacos need.

When you start with good wild caught Alaskan salmon, you really don’t need much additives. Alaskan salmon is definitely the only salmon you should be buying. And when it’s in season, this fish can’t be beat.
