Balsamic BBQ Sauce

Balsamic BBQ Sauce

Balsamic BBQ Sauce is the perfect combination of sweet, savory and is a little tangy from the balsamic vinegar.

Since football is back in full swing, I have to post this tasty creation that you will want to slather on everything this season. Wings, pulled pork, skewered shrimp, steak…this list is endless. I’m particularly fond of the Baked Balsamic BBQ Chicken Wings I made, that paired perfectly with an afternoon of football.

I’ve been on this BBQ sauce kick lately and it’s so fun coming up with all the different flavor profiles to put on basically anything and everything! BBQ sauce is very diverse and let’s embrace that diversity by experimentation. I’ll try anything once. This is a very simple basic bbq sauce recipe that you’ll find yourself making just to keep on hand in your fridge because it’s really that easy and that tasty!

I’m also posting this recipe because I was cooking all weekend for return of Football Sunday and I just so happened to get a new toy in the mail to test out. A new 60mm f/2.8 Macro Fixed Lens is just what I needed in my life. Perfect aperture control and range for close photography and detail. In other words, it is the perfect food porn lens and I’m over the moon excited to take some drool worthy photos.
