  • 4 whole Pork Chops, bone out
  • For Cajun Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper


    For Cajun Seasoning
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Use throughout the recipe when called for. Store the rest in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  2. For Pork Chops
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  4. In a shallow dish add about 1/4 cup of the Cajun spice mix. Dredge both sides of the pork chops in the Cajun spice mix. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium high heat. Cook pork chops 2 minutes per side and transfer to a baking dish and cook 10 minutes in the oven. Remove and serve.
